pores haha, that is not the reason, the water when above a certain temperature creates a gas layer beneath the droplet which makes it slide a lot, it has nothing to do with pores

I don't have bacon bacon makes anything great I like to boil beans I add jallapenos sliced and some bacon it adds alot of flavor somethings I boil chcik3n with the skin on so the fat comes out on rice or beans
