Another great video. Question though? why is your grate upside down? You want that right side ridge to help hit get up and over a tad more?
@lilliesq Жыл бұрын
The grate is the right side up for this smoker model. Can you clarify the question? We're here to help!

Bruh, I'm never cooking that close to the fire box. I wanted to see right where you didn't put a biscuit. That's where most of the cooking is done and where most of the airflow exits.

Y'all have the best BBQ sauce. I have been tempted for a while now for buying the frozen pork, until you said you have to keep it in the plastic to reheat. Really wish there was another way to reheat (without drying it out) that doesn't involve heating plastics. Guess I'll just keep making it myself.

Awesome! What size are the wood splits roughly is Charlie using on that mill scale?
@lilliesq3 жыл бұрын
Those are 2-3 inches across and 8 inches long perfect size to add about 1 every 15 mins to keep at the temp needed in the Mill scale.

Looks awesome. A couple questions… What type of wood are you using in your smoker Where’s the chef apron from? Noticed a spray bottle, did you spray while cooking and if so with what?
@lilliesq3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! - In the smoker we used Oak wood. - Apron is from Hedley and Bennet www.hedleyandbennett.com/ -Good catch on the spray bottle! It's not used in this recipe. We filmed a few recipe videos this day so you will see the spray bottle in an upcoming video on our channel 😉Be sure to subscribe!
