It's an MMO called PokeMMO you have to download 4 separate Roms and you put them together to play one game. And you choose whatever region you want to start out in.

For the roms Go to chrome or Firefox go to each one of these type Pokemon FireRed, Emerald,Platinum and Black download them all and then on chrome type TapTap find the link to download the app through chrome not Google Play store. After find the file click on it and it should install and there you will find POKEMMO
