Gotta give it to North Korea, they have the best marching style.
@cdressel531915 жыл бұрын
It's a Prussian (German) style of marching. It was taught to many nations throughout the 1800s and early 1900s by German military advisors.

track name?
@1977TA5 жыл бұрын
It's an original track I composed for an audio book story version of the 'Rocketeer' I put together back in 2004. I named the track 'Action'. I saw this video of the Goose Step and thought my music would fit perfectly.

@@markhenley3097 Just because they're carrying them in a parade doesn't mean that it's their primary weapon in a battle. North Korea probably just wants to show off all of its weapons.

Actually it's even from the mid 18th-century, it's originally designed to make the units line up properly, something that was quite important in the age of line infantry and the musket volley.

It would appear that most nations Armies goose step. All of Latin America except Brazil and the Guianas of North Eastern South America. Most of the African countries and many Eastern European countries. Asian countries such as North Korea, various Stan countries and the Chinese military goose step. So it would appear to be that it is only the British Commonwealth countries where the Queen is Head of State, the United States and Western Europe including the inventor of Goose stepping as well as Germany that don’t goose step.

N.Korea has it's own unique form of "goose stepping". It has a bounce to it.
@jaklawrence86166 жыл бұрын
The video appears to be slowed down somewhat, the bounce is a result of this being a 'quick march', where the usual goose step is a slow march used for parades. Because they're goose stepping at a quick march pace they have to do that little bounce to not smash their knees to pieces!
@deputy_commander75956 жыл бұрын
It's called 'bouncing steps' and they were the only country that adopt this steps. But it's really different from original steps.

Yes that's the desired reaction to sabre rattling, which is all that 'goose stepping' amounts to. Now, say for instance a warhead - dropped in the middle of those goose stepping dimwits would not allow sufficient time for them to experience being terrified; their deaths would occur too quickly. Then, no more goose stepping.
