@@TheMarineTechLawrance Alfa Laval gave us the suggestion to exchange the entire EPC50 for the EPC70. So I believe that Alfa Laval will not send me the electronic diagram of the boards.

Hello.. It is not dead..u can use a hair blower or a hot air gun.. switch off power and blow hot air to logo 230c for 10 to 15 seconds. Switch on again and check..

Are you getting any errors on display? Or is the display blank? Pls check whether the Emg stop is reset or not. Check for reset inside PLC..

RADAR transmission unit has a high voltage (HV) card that could be defective.. while checking this card, be very careful, PCB will be charged up to 600 V.

It's happens during cold weather if the PLC is old. Then, we need to replace PLC.

Hello James.. It's good to know that this heating method worked.. We need to heat up the whole PCB.. Recently, i was in canada, and due to a sudden change of weather, I faced the same problem with VFD PCB. Later on, I had to heat up PCB, and I was able to operate VFD..

Can you pls tell me about this pt4 sensor? It's a temperature sensor, right? 1st of all, check the temperature, and if the temperature is ok, then replace the pt4 sensor.. May the sensor be faulty.

@@TheMarineTechLawrance ​ pt4 is oil feedback sensor .. i had changed the water block ..problem almost gone but still sometimes it becomes 0 nd alarm coming..manual sv16 helps.. but we cant stand near purifier for whole time..

For me same alarm is coming and says no pt4 pressure at ti64, oil leaking to sludge tank what action or suggesstion you give in this regard thanks
