excellent utilization of Indian mind in a company leveraging our inherrent skillset in technology . The firing range can be converted into a gaming center product for civilian end user consumption. Gaming is big business in Western countries. Something to productize

If we are not fghting war with our enemies then what is the point in becoming a defence hub and supplying weapons to other small or even minute countries. We must produce weapons to fight war and not to sell them like toys, Lets see how weapons produed by Indian companies saves Indian soldiers and Indias Citizes.

When will our own jets Take place Over the Navy, Airforce..
@vm81363 күн бұрын
Tejas has joined the Air Force starting with small number in an initial lot of forty aircraft. However the IAF is highly impressed with this small beast so much that they have placed two additional orders of 83 and 97 Tejas in the mk1a configuration, eventually causing it to reach a total number of over 220 in IAF service Further the Tejas mk1 is a stepping stone for the mk2 variant which will be ordered in 200+ numbers by IAF and become real game changer for Indian defense manufacturing industry Such capabilities are required for a program like AMCA which has started receiving funds and has completed its design phase. AMCA is the fifth generation fighter aircraft being developed by DRDO, which will incorporate stealth features, sensor fusion, super cruise and drone launch capabilities There is also the tedbf program which is being worked upon for developing a fighter for the navy’s aircraft carriers. It will be another variant of Tejas with similar wings but two engines instead of one So the future looks bright, but you have to remember that it’s not just the scientists and the agencies involved in developing the aircraft that matter. The govt must also play an active role in ironing out the differences between the armed forces and research agencies It’s important to mention that previous RM late Mr. Parrikar was instrumental in getting the IAF to accept the Tejas by promising incremental improvements with the mk1a variant. Otherwise the previous ten years of congress regime were disastrous for every military procurement and had put the Tejas program on its deathbed

Modi made corruption in this deal
@vm81364 күн бұрын
The Supreme Court had looked into the corruption allegations and found them to be false. They had looked into the payment details including the classified stuff and found nothing wrong. Apart from political hatred what other reasons do you have to disbelieve the Supreme Court? The total cost included infrastructure setup, weapons package, india specific enhancements along with the aircraft. Plus remember the biggest open secret is that the Indian Rafales are nuclear capable, so those costs also need to be counted but cannot be mentioned since india is not a member of any nuclear grouping Did Modi make corruption or are you trying to make some required cash?

Jai Hind, Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan. Mutton rogan josh, chicken, fish... beef, pork, etc, etc are all dellusion, hoax, excuses since time beginning for Tamsik/Rajsik people. Look at veg & vegan body builders all over the world, look at Puri temple priests bodies. So Kshatriyas also never required meat. Since the dawn of our civiization our defence doctrine has been to remain in tropical areas & not to invade barren lands, the bordering areas have to be given constant supply difficult to cut out by enemy. Hence we were referred to by invaders as Hindus - people living around & beyond river Sindhu. Today due to Globalization, once again Bharat is becoming spiritual capital & hopefully the world will increasingly become Satvik, the conflicts & violence both with humans & non-humans will reduce, and vasudev Kutumbakam will truely become reality.

Very interesting & informative Need to reorient bureaucratic characteristics of our research & QA organisations Users must get involved in major projects in DRDO from the inception stage Project leader should be service offr with tech background at least matching if not higher than other members of the team Small projects or those by reverse engineering or re-engineering route should be handled at Service/Command HQ Design bureaus Services have an immense talent pool of highly qualified engineers who can do wonders Indian industries have taken great strides to the next level No need for Shaktiman when Tatas can do a much better job For example Bombs rockets have no moving parts & are simple to make?Why need to import in the past? Congratulations to General Saha for telling the truth candidly I retired 28 yrs back Worked in various organisations

How many decades will Indian Army take to upgrade basic equipments for non commissioned soldiers ? Many African militias these days use better equipments than large chunk of indian army soldiers. I still see ADGPI social media posts where 🇮🇳 soldiers wear 70's era helmet, machine gun from 50's, rifles wothout scope, no plate career vests etc.

DRDO needs financial support to modernise their labs and prototype fabrication facilities . Buildings they work in are decades old, much like abandoned military facilities of USSR. Also they need to hire smarter people who are not hoπny moπons and not willing to share job secrets to fake girl accounts on social media.

Good discusssion with Lt Gen Saha, Nitin Sir. Would agree with with urgent reform needed in DRDO n DGQA. But would not agree with DRDO reform as suggested by K VijayRaghavan committee. If its done as suggested then say good bye to Atmanirbhrta in Defence. Its a recipe to kill DRDO not shut it down. We will see more of Screwgiri Make in India celebrated as Atmanirbharta like K-9 Vajra n like the Govt. & MoD celebrating GE F-414 manufacturing with ToT. We are celebrating as if we got the IP rights. Babus in MoD have gone mad thats why its been suggesting DRDO to share 25% of its budget with StartUps n Private Sector when DRDO itself isn't allocated sufficient money for R&D, sanctions are delayed by years like of Tejas Mk-II n AMCA n funds are not released for sanctioned projects too like of Tejas Mk-II n Archer NG.

Now all that's left is to streamline procurement processes and get it into the minds of our uber-futuristic, military jarnails to nurture, accept and give preference to indigenous military equipment.
