Maraming Pilipino ang talagang trying hard at di alam ang tamang paraan ng pag manage ng kanilang financial situation d2 sa Canada... Umaasa lang sa loan at line of credit pang dagdag sa sahod nila at pambili ng mga luho at gamit na di naman talaga kailangan at sobra lang...pampaganda lang ng status sa society..And then mag rereklamo sa laki ng gastusin tulad ng mortgage at insurance... Humble bragging ba... I pity these people...

Is 5200 sq ft the whole area or just the house? You fully paid it in less than a year? You moved in Sept 2023 or I misunderstood. Congrats. I live north of edmonton in a 1700 sq ft bungalow, but the total area is 1.25 acres with an inground swimming pool and lots of tall trees. So ang maintenance is grabe, landscaping, etc. Nung nag wowork pa kami ni mister ay may house cleaner ako. Ngayon nasa mid 60 na kami at retired na for 5+ years. mahirap ng maglinis ng bahay at mag organize. We are planning to down size in the next two years. Malaki ang bahay marami ding clutter:( enjoy sa big house. Regards

Don't mind them... They're just jealous of you... Don't even try to answer back your bashers... The more they will love to bash you... Think about it... if in person you met someone like that and she said something negative about you... If you react, she'll feel she won... But if you didn't say anything or just pretended you didn't hear her... What's her reaction then? "PAHIYA!" Right? 😜🤪😁

At sino ka naman po para diktahan ako sa mga gagawin ko sa vlog ko? 😒 parte sya ng buhay namin at hindi namin sya kinakahiya at never namin sya itatago! Sya po ay protected by all means sister dont worry. Kaya kahit mag vlog ako oras oras na kasama sya, e ano naman po sa inyo ngayon? May problema ka po?
