This movie still touches my soul... The journey of healing and self love is such an emotional rollercoaster. Understanding why we stay in any abusive relationship isn't the first step... it's looking inwards and understanding self. This movie is so powerful , every I time I watch it, I reflect on my life and I'm so grateful .I know now I'm worthy to be loved unconditionally and most importantly, I love ME . 🤎

Omari and Shanola have great on screen chemistry. This is one of my favorite films. It's a pity that the audio is faster than the movie though.

The Joneses were God awful. Mainly because of the wife. She was a nasty spirited woman.

I like the movie and its message. However, Kalindra is cheating on her husband. Yeah, I know her husband is shitty but cheating always has the potential to blow up and hurt those involved.

This was 22 years of my life, my story, my pain, and one day I turned this life that I knew upside down and it hurt so many people in the process of the execution of freedom only realized throughout the lense of pain. Never to be seen again. Stay? And go crazy? Or go and find yourself and live again? Ten years in the dark knight of the soul after escaping the pain. And freedom finally comes when the heart releases the one who truly is in pain. Don’t waist your life being unhappy and unloved because if you love yourself you have to make the necessary change for you and for them. Don’t leave bitter but leave loved and to love those who showed you their self hate. They need freedom too bound up in their hurt and pain because if you think about it, hurt people hurt people. Healing must take place for everyone and ALL peoples pain don’t heal the same way or at the same time. Sometimes I wish it was that way but we are all not the same and that’s actually a good thing. Love yourself first then you can love others the way they deserve to be loved. For better or for worse you say? Worse is loosing sight of yourself and including your insanity if absolutely necessary. I know som don’t believe this but pain happens for a reason and how it’s expressed without Christ can damage many souls in the process. But the growth from the pain can transform many through the birthing process of the Love of Christ. Even though the dark night of the soul. For truly it’s love that covers a multitude of sins. Thank you Jesus for loving me through my poor choices that galvanized the one’s she loved giving all that she had only to feel unloved by the expression of all the pain. Thank you Lord for the cross of Christ to restore the love to the ones who felt your pain. ❤️🕊✝️
