No, not yet. Paint just went on this afternoon. I've got to do a few touch-ups and then it'll get a wet sand and polish.

Nice video. I’ve had all the parts to do mine for months but just been too busy. Inspired me to jump on it. I did this on my Ridgeline and it made a huge difference. I’m curious what size bulb you used for the little daytime light socket and also did you wire those to the parking lights or something else?

Awesome. I'm pretty sure I just ran a T10 LED in the drl socket. It's been a while, so I'm not 100% sure. I wired them up with a fog light switch kit with a relay. I mounted the switch in the glove box.

It was bondo hair. Basically body filler infused with fiberglass fibers and resin.

They are tucked inside the upper fairing on the left and right side of the motor. They just bolt to the frame. Remove the fairing, unplug them, and unbolt them.

I photocopied the stock guage overlay at a 1:1 ratio, then traced it on some carbon fiber vinyl. Then just cut it out and stuck it on top of the stock overlay.

There is a key hole on the left side of the bike, in the rear plastic just above the rear tire. Put your key in then turn and hold the key to the right. The latch ahould be open and the seat should now lift off.

Hey Shane! I’ve noticed there’s a little hole in the side of the carbs. Mine used to have a small red plug but it feel out When I blow into the gas line air comes out the hole. Does gas leak out of the hole for you?

Mine had no plug. I'm not sure what hole you mean, but I haven't noticed any leaks. I've kinda had this project on the back burner for a while, but I'll take another look as soon as I can.

Good video, did you get this fixed? I have the same problem on a 95. I found the stuck float the first time, cleaned it all and put it back. Still doesn't work, I am going to take the carbs apart again today and clean the holes in the carb housing, that you show at 5:35.

No. I'm still having problems with that cylinder. I have been slacking on this project but hope to pick it up when the weather warms up. I've cleaned that carb like crazy, so I think my parts are just beyond cleaning. I'm going to have to do the rebuild kit. New needle valves, jets, the works.

@KollynJ . Well, if I remember correctly, the bike was still over-filling the float bowls and overflowing gasoline. New float needles, adjusted to the right height fixed the problem. It's a little fiddly to measure and took me a couple tries. Good luck.
