Thanks for this beautiful tribute. It's difficult to understand reasons Natalie's killer, the last person to have been and seen with her, and the only person of interest, hasn't been arrested. Had she not married him a second time, she wouldn't have been beaten to unconsciousness, dragged to the swim step, and finally, tossed into the frigid dark sea water, her life-long fear.

You can't blame her in a way...or the older sister too if she felt the same way. Their mother's focus was on Natalie, making her a star. I'm sure especially Lana, being younger, probably felt that a lot as she was growing up.

I know how Lana feels. I lost both of my sisters in 1999 and 2011. My brother died in 2007 i am the only one left. All we’re older than me. Losing your siblings is very difficult no one can replace them.

@Gwen Fluker: Same with me! My sis was 10yrs. older, we were so close and she was also more like my mom ( our mom was ‘cold’). And, dear god, I lost her 30 years ago! And, I was still very young. I have gone through so many hard times I wish I had her!! It’s never been the same. So, the ‘song’ that ‘hits’ me is “Wind Beneath My Wings”. I know the feeling too, very well, as you say. Lost.

Umm doesn’t she have an older sister to..why they don’t show that one 2.!??

If I’m remembering correctly, their oldest sister was their father’s daughter from another marriage. Natalie and Lana weren’t as close to that sister because she was a lot older than them. Plus, that sister moved out of the house pretty quickly after their mother became hellbent on making Natalie a movie star.

Touching tribute. It's tragic Natalie wasn't saved under such bizarre circumstances. I hope Lana has found some piece over over the years.

one can see from this great collection that the sisters were very close-Natalie should NEVER have died on that boat --the pain of that tragedy for Lana had to be life altering-

Just-Ask law enforcement 2 Offer the so-called captain of the ship immunity for the truth of what really happened, and find out also if Robert Wagner paid ' or offered to pay him and Christopher Watkins hush money as it's obvious that Christopher Watkins knows something also with his dip and Delight quick smile & smirk n grin in a certain interview as you'll notice, he comes across, or should I say what little times he did ever come across ( to promote his film ' which was Natalie Woods last ) seeing how he doesn't want to talk to nobody either but comes across just a little too odd but you know how it is when people are offered big money, when they went back to Robert Wagner's house ( all three of them together ) when they went back to Robert Wagner's house shortly RIGHT ", after the event, REALLY hmmm ' 🤔 then you'll find out the truth of what really happened, 🤔 since the captain wants to come clean, well here's his big-chance ' he can even offer to take a lie detectors test to prove his authenticity ", to come totally clean with the family ' public ' children ' and fans and just let him know , Ben's how he feels so sorry for Natalie Woods ' ( after all these years ) that he can go from ' Zero to Hero ' & clear his concious at the same time ' just by coming totally clean with the whole process of what really went down which is pretty obvious if you know what I mean ", ⚘😏🐩 ,, ,, ,, kzbin.info/www/bejne/gHe1aHyJp6t2n8U

What beautiful, stunning photos of Natalie and Lana in their youth! I don't see resemblance toward each other, but both are gorgeous in their own way! And a wonderful pictorial tribute to their sisterhood. Thank you for sharing!
