Yes. The more we understand connection over training, we can better be more accepting of ourselves and our dogs. I don't think people understand how much we help each other without methods and tools. For 40,000 years. We can't heal alone. Dogs show that to us. Negative emotions are important too

Thank you @Doggie650 for also reminding us that negative emotions are also important, and we should not be trying to shut them down, but rather understand them for the information they are imparting to us. Finding healthy ways to process and express ALL emotions is something both our dogs and ourselves need to learn.

@heartconnectiondogs Right? They are fundamental for emotional growth. Not a creature in this world doesn't have them and use them. All for safety, self defense and reconnecting to heal. Dogs use us for community healing.

Thanks Ali, glad you enjoyed it. Yes, fawning can be a difficult one to recognise if we don't know about it, but equally easy to spot when we do. Staying open-minded, present and getting to know our individual dog is always key.
