I like the outline Risk Breakdown Structure you provide in the 9 types of risk. A good basis for 'risk finding' when used to interrogate program logic and functional delivery interactions.

Thanks for this video Chris! I super appreciate that you're talking about Lean experiments for social Impact. I have found the Lean testing approach so valuable to my own social change endeavors and believe it can dramatically improve how we operate in the social sector. One thing I'd suggest is to reduce the time and scope of your tests so you can get feedback more quickly. For example, instead of a 2 to 4 month test where you test out your theory of change with an entire apartment building, could you do a test in 1 to 2 weeks with just 5 to 15 people and get similar learnings? If so, go with the faster test because I have found that the more times you can move through the feedback loop, the better chance you have at nailing your model. Also, I'm curious about how and what you measure with your tests. I've been encouraging folks to come up with key success metrics for reaching people, converting them, engaging them, and ultimately impacting them. You'd then run a quick lean test to see if you can hit your metric and if not, iterate and test again. I'm interested to hear what SoPact folks think about key success metrics and how you track data from lean tests.
