Unfortunately the '' Stunning sea view '' will disappear for many, cos' new constuctions are coming and spoling it. When we bought an appartment there THEY DID NOT SAY IT AND THEY LIED TO US !! BE VERY CAREFUL AND STAY AWAY FROM THOSE COMPANIES ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY !!!!

¡¡¡ CUIDADO QUE ESTOS APARTAMENTOS LOS VENDEN SIN PARKING !!! Las agencias intentan venderme un piso sin parking y me aseguran que puedo aparcar donde quiera dentro del recinto. Es MENTIRA ya que me han informado que casi todos los estacionamientos son de propiedad privada. Mucho cuidado con esta estafa... A tu respuesta: Hola. Me han ofrecido apartamentos que no tienen plaza de parking asignada, pero me han informado explícitamente que PODRE APARCAR EN CUALQUIER PLAZA VACÍA. Esto no es cierto, ya que la gran mayoría de las plazas pertenecen a un ÚNICO propietario y no pertenecen a la empresa promotora. Lo que significaría que NO PODRÍA ESTACIONAR en esos espacios de estacionamiento en el futuro. El edificio está en proceso de renovación, pero la construcción ya se completó, por lo que dudo que haya más espacios de estacionamiento en el futuro como mencionas. Lo que yo creo es que usted no posee una gran cantidad de estacionamientos en el edificio y está haciendo creer a los compradores que podrán acceder a aquellas áreas que YA TIENEN OTRO PROPIETARIO. No compraría un departamento en un edificio como este si no tengo donde estacionar cuando llegue a casa, es ridículo.

Beautiful village. We moved in 8 weeks ago and have had no air conditioning since we moved in, no hot water for a week. Been locked out twice because of the lock on the door and many other issues.
