God didn't know this vid was a decade old! This is my first time even attempting opening up a 💻 let alone removing anything inside! I watched this along with another vid just to see if they advised the same thing. I followed it to the letter. Unfortunately when attempting to remove the hdd it DIDNT have the tab to safely pull it out. In fact i had to use a flat head 🪛 to lever it out of place. Also, there was double-sided tape tethering it to the base. I had to use the 🪛 to cut through said tape in order to free the hdd. Eventually got it free, hopefully i didnt damage it or the connectors, we'll see 🤞🏾

Thats not a teardown. You are just removing the back cover and the basic stuff. Little Kid can do that.

Hi, where is the 3v RTC cr2032 battery that the manual says is there?? Says its rechargeable but its a CR2032 which isnt? But i losing time/settings ect so the batt needs swap out. But where?
