Hi, where is the 3v RTC cr2032 battery that the manual says is there?? Says its rechargeable but its a CR2032 which isnt? But i losing time/settings ect so the batt needs swap out. But where?

Hi um odd question, but when it comes to replacing a hard-drive must you put it back into the aluminum casing? I ask as the damaged hard drive on my mum's laptop was thrown away along with the aluminum casing, so there is no casing to put a new hard drive into to then install a new hard drive. Everything else works but obviously can't do anything without a disk :(

Thank You! Removing the battery is standard. Removing the small hard drive and Ram cover is also standard, and removing the 2 screws holding the keyboard in would be standard. There are a lot of videos on how to replace the keyboard in a Dynabook, but your video was the only one that showed going at it from the bottom by the control key. And, the screw I needed to remove was actually inside the area near the RAM. Success thanks to you.

That first slot you moved to the side has nothing to do with battery access.
