Its up to you, it would be helpful though because article 13 is absolutely ridiculous and should not be a thing! But if you are going to do a video on it make sure you understand what it is and do a bit of research on it. And maybe you could put a link of my video in your description to say who you got the idea off of and you can use my video in yours if you mention me in your video and leave a link to my video and/or channel in your description.
