My balloon, I tried to blow up the seam, did not go up on top the seams on the side the balloon blew up part of it halfway all the way I don’t know how to send a picture and I don’t know what I did wrong. It stayed the balloonwith you in the top because I don’t have a balloon stuffer, but I was trying to do something for my daughters birthday something different. Can you tell me what I did wrong?
