Line slack in Asakusa is a cool little tackle store, full of bass lures. Even had what looked like a baby bass in a fish tank. The owners were very nice too, definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

I checked out Sansui Part 2 in Shibuya on my trip last week, did not expect to come across such a gem. Picked up a Bantam left handed reel for a great discount. Such a great store and awesome staff!

Why do some people who run baitcasters cast with their right hand and then switch the rod to their left hand to reel with the right, why not just get a reel with the crank on the left

I did pretty much what you suggested, but several years ago. I loved my 4wt trout rod so I bought a 6wt for bass. I now have 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8wt composites, 4, 6 and 7wt glass, and my favorite for redeye (the Guad's cousin) the 5wt bamboo rig I built at Mr. Oyster's class in Georgia.

Going from Phoenix to Tokyo those tackle shops must have terrific deals . The flight you took and tackle you bought had to still be cheaper than going to Bass Pro Shops and shopping for gear there . Just so you can get your kids interested in the sport you need to take a second mortgage to outfit them . Freakin shame .

Completely new to your channel (have only seen 2 videos of yours) and both videos you’ve had a scale to weigh fish. I’m going to have to remove your fish tuber credibility.
@MR_F30Ай бұрын
I can’t tell of this is a joke or not. 😭 weighing a fish isn’t bad. Or we poking at other KZbinrs who just yap out a random weight? 🤣🤣
@michaelm5203Ай бұрын
@@MR_F30 giving props while poking fun at the KZbinrs claiming it’s 8+ lb fish without a weight or any measurement. And there is always limited pictures near anything to indicate a measurement. And they always “forget” a scale
