Hannah: I`d like to use your video in teaching my pre-calculus course (300 students). Since an on-line course, your video will be viewable to our university community & beyond. Are you ok with my using it ? If so, is your name appearing at the end of the video sufficient credit ? Or, would you like something more involved ? Thanks, John U. of Newfoundland (MUN)

Hello guys! I am now taking Calculus and I can say that the best use of trigonometry is through Calculus. Calculus made our modern technology possible. Have fun learning Math!

So basically unless you are rich and getting a masters/PhD to develop software you won’t ever use this.

Why do you have to be rich?

Where did you hear that developing software is the only place you can use trigonometry and calculus? Or that you need a master's/PhD in order to use it? Honestly extremely confused from this comment

Thanks for the video! You would probably think that this video isn't really much looked upon, but it really helped me! Not in the sense of learning that trigonometry is useful, but getting an overall view of trigonometry's various applications. I need to think of some trig word problems to make that actually shows its real use, and hopefully, the problems won't be too simple (like measuring lengths from trees), but will instead be challenging and interesting (like tides, temperature, astronomy and maybe physics), and actually be worthwhile "journies" or problems to work on, for those who are interested. Again, thanks a lot!
