So glad I found this. Best all round ski workout I've come across for sure. No idea how you repeat that circuit though! Maybe after a few more sessions I could do a second round.

It's not easy to follow the video if you instruct to plank for one minute under tension, then move to the next exercise after 30 seconds.

Not every day that you pop on to YT to find a mate of yours doing a video. Well, at least not if you’re 51 and none of your mates are ‘influencers’….Neil doing a ski fit video is the signal for many of us that the winter season is just round the corner.

3 months until I ski, I’ve begun weight and cardio this will round things off nicely. I wait all year to get on skis, do not want my trip ruined because of poor cardio or muscle strength. Great work out.
