I don't know why more people realize what Hutch is missing. He's angry that the man he let go is living a domestic life, with a loving wife and happy kids. That's the DREAM for most men. Of course society nowadays ruins that, but men are simple creatures. A loving and loyal spouse, a happy family with no drama, that's heaven. Of course the real world is still more complex, but I love the fact that Hutch is so angry that some 'guy' had the dream and he didn't. Frankly, I'm super happy Hutch managed to escape the profession for a while and live a domestic life with his own wife and kids.
