I loved this video! Greetings from Calgary Alberta Canada!! I literally just had the same exact spill about 2 weeks ago, although I was traveling at about 60km per hour so the "ejection button" launched me about 25-30 get through the air. The 800mt was fine... Aside from a very bent handlebar (throttle side) which also ruined the grip heater on that side, but my hand guard broke exactly how yours did... So I invested in some Barkbusters. Love the content! And thank you for all of it!

@@TheResmer oh no, I have been looking at a handlebar upgrade for that exact reason, a minor spill can ruin a trip with bent bars, so something stronger would be good. Barkbusters is something I have thought about as well

@@800Adventures Here is the answer I suspect :) the existing chain is 122 rollers (61 plates) this new chain is 114 rollers however the packet if I read correctly is 120ZB which I believe would be 120 rollers? so its a manufacturer issue, there is no way this was going to fit ha ha plus no rivet link or plate, I went into AMX and brought one, lets say I will be going for a refund as I will just buy a chain from AMX tomorrow

Glad to see that all my comments on Facebook pages about changing the sprocket setup improves the engines characteristics is starting to show 🙂 not only will the bike feel smoother, slightly reduce RPM and fuel consumption, it will also be a lot more “flowy” around turns because of the smoother feel. I have the exact same setup, and now the bike feels exactly how it should. Test it, and see for yourself 👌

I grew in Canberra in the 60s before there was a Questacon. My playground was Mt. Ainslie and the War Memorial, when the Jap submarine(s), tanks and field guns were located outside, and inside you could walk underneath the bomb bays of G-for-George and look into the cockpit of the Spitfire. Good times...

Apparently hot enough to make rainbows on powder-coated metal. Perhaps I should install a tape-on heat shield there? I drove at that speed for maybe an hour. Highway speed limits vary here, so to keep up with the traffic you go with the flow. My feet get nice and warm, yes. Can’t comment on the sensations for the passenger though.
