I found this video and Ms Chick’s thoughts on customer loyalty very interesting and a really good approach to how to keep customers loyal to a brand . I have been a Hilton Honors member and a loyal Hilton member (currently gold) for over 10 years. All of the things she described have meant a lot to me with respect to my loyalty over the years to Hilton properties. Whenever I travel, the first thing I check is my Hilton Honors App to look for a place to stay across California, Arizona and Nevada and Oregon However sadly I am about to delete my Hilton account all due to the interaction with one General Manager at a Hampton Inn. People matter, and I have yet been able to get anyone at Hilton to listen to my side and concerns without referring me back to the same GM. I won’t go in to details as I am trying the intervention of the Better Business Bureau as a last attempt to resolve this issue. However the response so far from this GM does not leave me hopeful. All the things Ms. Chick describes are the personal touches that I have experienced over the years at the numerous Hilton properties I have stayed at. However a really bad experience with one individual is also quite personal and when combined with the unwillingness of any other Hilton team member to hear my side and address my concerns has left me with the impression that my loyalty to Hilton is misplaced.

i live near watertoen ny and i love this store i compair it to wegmans chain who ever makes the pies they are the best i have had pies from all other stores no compariesn
