I am not an structural engineer Should the posts rest on concrete posts that go 20 to 30 inches below the surface? They are resting on the slab as it is now: this could result in cracks on the slab over time

i didn't roof it. but they installed metal on the porch and shingles on the rest of the house

Nice..love them cedar smell 😍 We added a TV to my cedar gazebo recently and didn’t want to drill into the cedar. Found this amazing not drill gazebo tv mount by ZeboZAP and it was a breeze. Tv in a gazebo is awesome 😎

Why the particleboard pieces in between? I don't think they are gonna see a lot of rain but probably humidity which is not good for them?!?!

that is osb. commonly used in between headers so it can make 3.5 inches. I mainly added them so it would be steadier and not move to the sides, since we have a long span
