V prípade, že si investor všimne, že jeho obchodné výsledky sú opakovane v neprospech, a existuje podozrenie na manipuláciu zo strany brokera (napríklad ak automatizované obchodovanie neúmerne ovplyvňuje jeho pozície), môže sa obrátiť na tieto regulačné orgány, ktoré sa zaoberajú ochranou práv investorov. Ďalej môže byť užitočné preskúmať, či broker dodržiava všetky právne predpisy a pravidlá transparentnosti a spravodlivosti. Existujú aj iné možnosti, ako sa chrániť pred takýmito situáciami: Výber regulovaného brokera: Zabezpečiť, že broker je regulovaný a licencovaný v príslušnej krajine, čo obvykle poskytuje určité záruky. Preverenie stratégie brokera: Niektorí brokeri ponúkajú transparentné informácie o svojich obchodných stratégiách a technológiách. Podanie sťažnosti: Ak má investor pocit, že je poškodený nezákonnými praktikami, môže podať oficiálnu sťažnosť u príslušnej regulačnej autority. V prípade vážnych podozrení môže byť užitočné aj právne poradenstvo, aby sa zistilo, či nie sú porušené zákony o ochrane spotrebiteľa a právach investorov. Even though I don't trade using indicators for a long time, I remember there used to be another way to use RSI with StochRSI in lower timeframes (remember: RSI was created when daily charts were the common approach): when RSI crosses the 50 level up, wait for StochRSI to go below 20 and then buy. Keep the trade until your favourite trailling stop is hit or when RSI crosses 50 level down. In this later case, wait for StochRSI to go above 70 and sell and keep repeating this forever.

This is a simplified version of the strategy I used long time ago, which also combined candle volume information with the volume profile indicator for a better perspective of the regions of interest. But I must say that I stopped using it when I started to understand the classic AMD price cycle which, in my humble opinion, is a much better way to trade. I mentioned the daily timeframe because many people just add indicators to the chart (sometimes different indicators that measure the same thing) and don't even bother to understand the basic stuff, like what the period (length) really means. For example, to be more effective, people should use the period of RSI to map the previous range-to-range cycle divided by two. Of course this changes a bit from time to time, but you can see the "magic" happening when you do this simple configuration. These type of things allows you to realize the real meaning of the code behind the indicator and since I am a software engineer for a few decades now, I guess I can use this in my favour. 🙂 Anyway, greetings from Brazil. 🙂
