That's just what I needed. I want to be dumb and happy. I knew a man who was not very smart. He would drink beer at a bus stop and dance with headphones on even in the winter time at the bus stop. He would say positive things to those around him. I think Kurt was very smart and wrote this song out of sadness. Smart people get taken advantage of like Kurt.
