This is a street poetry, sooo cool!

I almost feel bad for comparing any of Leon’s other stuff to Devotion because that’s an impossibly high bar, but this is my next-favourite section of his. The two sections take really different approaches, and whether that’s deliberate or not I don’t know. Whereas Devotion has a cast of supporting characters interacting with the skater in random ways, this is exclusively centred on the skater-there’s a cheer that goes out at one point, but aside from that it is simply him interacting with the streets, which is kinda cool when I think about it. These videos take a different path to reach a certain zone and it is a slightly different feel once they reach it, but this section and Devotion (and Louie Zamora VG14, another Mount Rushmore section, and also Rob G VG17) build to an Unstoppable Zone, that killing-everything-in-front-of-me back-to-back-to-back zone in the latter part. Really well done for that🙏
