You can take the book of Revised pay rules , pay matrix is already provided in that book, if books are not allowed in some states than you can do pay fixation through multiplication factor of 2.57

Is this Pay fixation correct Sir is this calculation correct for Pay fixation from Date of Next Increment. MACP granted on 20/08/2021 (L-6 to L-7) Pay before MACP = 53600 (L-6) with date of Increment as 1st July. Initial Pay fixed from 20/08/2021 to 30/06/2022 = 55200 (L-7) 01/07/2022 = 56900 (L-7) Pay Re-fixed on date of next Increment 01/01/2023 = 58600 (L-7) Next Increment 01/01/2024 = 60400 (L-7) Annual Increment.
