Still to this day after so many Seasons of Survivor I ask myself which is worse: Being the 1st person voted out or being voted out 1 vote short of The Jury? On the 1 hand, the 1st person vote out lasts just 3 days in the game & barely gets to enjoy the experience. On the other hand, the person voted out just short of The Jury spends more time enjoying the game or suffers a lot longer (it depends on the Season), yet has no say on who wins the game.

@@jessetorres8738 that’s a great point. I think for me it would be better to be that first out before the jury (would still be pretty painful, but at least you got to experience everything). There is merit to being the person who’s voted out first as you get a free vacation but depending on expectations for yourself it could be really hard as well.

This is pointless. This list can go any which way, depending if you rate characters by their morality or decency, or if they're fun, or are they badass, or their loyalty.

Kendal in B is a crime against humanity. Roman also has to be in S tier. Greg top of S? He’s comedic relief, particularly in S1 & 2, but isn’t really relevant later on.

I wanted to put Kendall in S tier, but I was talked down to B tier as a settling ground. As for Roman I think that’s a pretty good spot for him imo, and then for Greg yes he’s comic relief but one could argue he’s the only actual ‘good’ character in the show and while also being funny accomplishes a lot throughout the show as well

@@The.DubCast You must be kidding, Greg is one devious fuck. Far from good, and not loyal at all.

I really enjoy listening to your recaps! Regarding the seat-sniffer thing: Caroline’s new husband, Peter Munion, is one of those people that I would call a “star-fucker” meaning he wants to be around famous and powerful people and ride their coattails, hence Logan crudely likening them to an animal that will smell someone’s chair to get a whiff of that power 😂 Also with regards to Roman and accepting his sexuality, I think it’s complicated by the fact that Logan is obviously homophobic and judgmental, and there have been many hints that Roman was sexually abused as a kid, the biggest hint being his trouble having sex at all (he’s also made a lot of comments “as a joke” but we’ve seen Roman joke about things that are true, like when he told everyone he jerked off in Geri’s bathroom) Anyways that’s what I love about this show, the characters are so layered and complex! Glad you’re still watching and hold onto your hat for season 4, it’s a doozy!

Thank you for the kind words! Yes makes sense about Peter, I guess I never correlated the words seat sniffer to being a star fucker but that makes total sense! And yeah I figured something has been brewing with Roman this whole time, and I feel bad for him in a way. Obviously Logan is the opposite of an accepting person, just wish he had the right environment to be who he wants to be, although it’s a bit weird haha. Appreciate your insights!

So fun fact UTI’s can absolutely cause confusion and dementia-like symptoms in the elderly. I never knew about that until it happened to my mom, I think it’s one of those things most people don’t know about until they have experience with it 🤷🏻♀️

So the whole scene where Tom gets angry at Greg in the safe room, you can more so interpret as Greg's mentioning of a "business open relationship" reflecting Tom's relationship with Shiv. I think the idea is Tom's taking out his anger and frustration with his marriage on Greg because he feels like he can't be honest with Shiv.
