That thing has barely been touched since i went there almost 30 years ago. I estimate the memorial has made at least $200 million in that time. You guys have more than enough time and money to finish the project and 5 more, what is the hold up?

At the time construction started in 1948, the artist estimated the work would be complete in 30 years. As of 2022, there was no timeline for when the monument would be completed; however, the hand, arm, shoulder, hairline, and top of the horse's head were estimated to be finished by 2037.
