I remember coming here to check out the elevator configuration after hearing only two were built. That whole OMNY transfer reader thing is not helpful when you don’t have an active two hour transfer.

The payment with OMNY works just as the same as the MetroCard. Presently, I don't like how the TA rolled back on showing the trips and charges history when we have to log in to the OMNY website. They should just have the app ready and rolling right now.

In the 80's and 90's if you got off Nostrand Ave and wanted to transfer to the other side you either had to get off Utica Ave or Hoyt or pay additional fair to transfer, now with Genification of the neighborhood you don't have to pay additional fair! With the Bedford Ave entrance open the poor folks save money now. Go figure!

The B57 really took me off guard. That option to get from Jackson Heights to Downtown will be pivotal for riders. And it will be limited too. Awesome change in my opinion 😂

This is one of two stations (Lexington Avenue: 59th St) where the local train (6) is on the Lower Level and the (4) & (5) are on the Upper Level The same applies here, (C) on the Lower Level, (A) on the Upper Level

This is One of Two stations (Lexington Avenue: 59th St) with an active lower level platform, compared to Bergen Street, 42nd St - Port Authority Bus Terminal, Nevins St & 9th Avenue, where they all have inactive and abandoned lower level stations Nostrand Avenue's lower level still stands as an active lower level station
