What kind of knot do you use and how long is it from your braid?

Usually FG, otherwise if having to re-tie quickly, double uni.

I know the plaisir have small guides. Do you let your knot go all the way into your spool as you cast or how long is your leader running down the rod on your cast?

Hey there! This is not super specific to this video, but its your newest one. I noticed you had some zenaq rods I was looking at and sadly theres no where for me to check them out first hand. I currently have a defi muthos sonio 100m but I am looking for a lighter rod for some other stuff, I am heavily considering the Fokeeto Long Cast 78-2 and was wondering what you considered the size class of fish someone would target with it. I am looking for something for targeting 1-5kg fish primarily. The Sonio 100m is great for 5-10, so you think the 78 fokeeto would be a good fit or is it meant for a typically heavier class of fish? Also if you have any other zenaq reccomendations I would love to hear them, thanks!

Yeah it's a killer setup! I'll run either my morethan 3012H or my certate sw 6k on it as well. I haven't been using it nearly as much as my fokeeto though.

I've been using stickbaits 80mm-120mm, 20-40g. Haven't tried any poppers but I'd imagine pencil poppers or smaller faced ones would work alright.

Yeah it wasn't too bad yesterday. Most the sets were fairly easy goin. Just every 20-30min a larger wave would roll through. 60lb fluro, daiwa I think. Or Sunline fc rock. And yeah Zenaq Fokeeto longcast with 5k lt certate.
