You see the techno buds in the Bluetooth search within the phone? If you still don't see it try charging them for like half an hour. You have removed the plastic sheet covering the charging ports? To put it in pairing mode the case has to be open the entire time

I would try forgetting it in the settings, charging it to full pairing it again if it still isn't pairing try wiping it then pairing it again on repeat

When it's opened its in pairing mode, open up your devices settings page go to Bluetooth devices and you should see it on the list, click it to pair it

Glad it helped, figured I wasn’t alone. Had to search through dozens of videos of other models until someone mentioned it and noticed it on my own so I thought I would make a video help others in my situation
