One thing I love about roadrunner is the fact that they're not scared to admit that one of their features is ASS. A few of the RS7 riders didn't like lighting and often kept it off.

I wish there was more interesting news though in these podcast. I get this the fix is great. Really is... but let's talk deep dive into the builds and specs, etc... like real deep dive, not high leve overview stuff all the time. These things are machines tell us about this machine we just spent 2k+ on... teach a user how to find their right scooter. Etc. 😊

I bought a roadrunner rs5 pro having trouble taking off the 2 bolts for the steering damper it like they were put on with red loctite stripped both bolts. I just hope taping them will get them out. Just then need to replace them kinda annoying really

Hello guys I am the owner of a roadrunner RX-7. The scooter does everything that it is supposed to for about 2-3 weeks and then becomes a $4000 150LBSb paperweight. I preordered my RX-7 and got it around june. Got 2 weeks of riding in and i get a rear motor failure followed by a front motor failure. Sent it back they gave me a new one great. Got my second one and the same thing happens. In the same time frame. I got every kind of coverage that you can get for the RX-7 scooter., I’m now being told that i cannot get a replacement I paid for shipping for a replacement motors to be sent out for install by me. During the swap I discovered the failure was do to a shorting visible by melted wire casings. Roadrunner now wants me to rerun the wiring from the controller to both motors and put my $4000 scooter back together with less than 300miles on it! I asked if i could just get another replacement do to the extensive internal damage, and I’m told that they only usually send out 1 replacement. I’ve been going back and forward for weeks with support with my new $4000 broken RX-7 is collecting dust and roadsrunner continues to take payments for a RX-7 that does not work. Hopefully this a reaches the owner for a more reasonable response to my issue. I’ve heard great things about roadrunner, did my homework and a RX-7 is my introduction into roadrunner and so far it’s great while it last but after that 1-2 week i’m feeling high and dry w/ crappy options. PLS HELP
