Why the vietnam ones? They got better trees? Or is it thicker paper and the price is probably premium? I have no idea how these book factories work.

Those are the notebooks people who use fountain pens prefer. I would imagine it has something to do with how the paper is made that makes it more fountain pen friendly than others.

Amazing! 🤩 Do you use specific b6 rings because I notice that there is not much difference between b6 and personal size rings?
@scrapcraftastic6 күн бұрын
Thanks! The rings I used are Personal size.

Ive started giving away my unused paper pads to a school in my area. Theres NO WAY to use these thousands of sheets without intricate making and crafting like you do lol

I know I'm going to have to give away some of my paper pads, and I've limited myself on buying more, but it's hard. ❤

I realized after putting it on that it’s a cover over a cover as the first one constantly caught on the edge of the back cover.

Just found you in my search for help with a comp notebook project I want to do and thankful to have found this. Thankful not to have had to look any further. However, you alluded toward the end that you might come back to this project and add a closure of some kind and I wonder if that's something you've done in another video. I've looked through your collections (cuz I subscribed right off the bat!) but I don't see anything that addresses closures for this type of notebook.

This was very, VERY HELPFUL! I'm late with buying my work planner this year. I usually get a floral print from TJ Maxx, but I don't feel like traveling. So...I've been thinking Comp notebook and crafting/personalizing what I need. Thanks so much, Rachelle!

Do you have any ideas for a DIY Happy Planner "create your own custom cover" hack? I was thinking making laminated pouches. But not sure if it'd be the same thickness as those.
@scrapcraftastic21 күн бұрын
I believe Happy Planner covers use 10mil laminate which requires a special laminator. Using 2 layers of scrapbook paper or cardstock with a 5 mil laminate gives a study cover. If you want clear pockets, try using 5mil laminate. Maybe test it on a smaller scale to see if it works for you.

Thank you Rochel! Great ideas! I do have a paper trimmer - that's a great idea and the other ideas will be great for larger projects! 🎉❤🎉
