Thanks for the video. The only thing I do different is I don't bother with the orange tube that comes with it, my blue line reaches the water line fine. Also, there must be a version different between our SLs. The opening to the RJ adapter is hard to reach as I have big hands and the opening appears smaller than on your box and my connector is at a full 45 degree angle. Damned heavy after it's wet and you take it out. :)

God bless you. I was almost in tears trying to set up the new bags. I had been using those new octopus not knowing why the change. Thank heaven I had one box left of those and one box of the old. I am so disgusted with the lack of information when things change. I’m a visual learner so maybe there was info in that book they now include but who has the time to read all that. At the minimum, they need to alert the clinics so the clinics can alert their home hemo patients. Again, thank you so much for this information.

My mother got an AV Graft 2 years ago and there were problems from day 1. She’s been to several hospitals over failed dialysis treatments due to blockages from clots, stenosis leading to stent placement or the machines plain don’t like the graft on a particular day (like this one…). Then there is the pain from needle placement all the time. Now, she’s back in the hospital again. An ultrasound was done and shows the graft is clear. I don’t get it!
