Could you try building Evenshroud and Navori on Bel build: boots and bork, evenshroud, navori, pd, and you can choose the last item based on the matchup (wit's end, titanic, black cleaver, dd, even some tank items) the navori and pd give instant w reset if you hit w-e and evenshroud gives solid on-hit dmg and sustain. You should e at the start to charge up your runes (i prefer lethal tempo) and by the time the enemies fall down from your w you can w them again and charge your e up with aa's. You pretty much have sustain, high cc, high mobility, low cd and high dps with this build. Even without your passive, kraken or r you can have around 3.5 aa speed with fully charged lethal tempo in late game, which is more than enough.
