I love watching videos of people sharing their comfort objects, it makes me so happy for some reason. I think part of it is how nice it is to see it normalized. Objects help me get through each day comfortably and I don't know where I'd be without my comfort objects, so seeing others have them too makes me really happy. Also your sister's dog is so cute, I watched this video with my giant german shepherd plush on my lap (one of my comfort plushies) so that was a fun surprise

I really feel you with the anxiety aspect of everything. There are some days where I feel on top of the world (albeit drained from socialising) and then most days where I'm so disassociated I can't even have proper conversations with people 😵‍💫 I wish people understood how hard it is to function adequately when you're disassociated!
