Short dated US Treasuries or UK gilts are safer than corporate bonds. A guarantee is only as good as the body giving it. Why would anyone recommend an AIG product as being ultra safe to park money needed to pay tax? Incentives?

"Waiting for the Value to match the Price". Precision is not Accuracy, again because frozen phase-locked time-timing is not solid, and so, "I know nothing", like Risk is not Uncertainty, in Principle, it's temporal superposition identification in virtual vector-values of relative-timing resonance, quantifiable Calculus of phase-locked pure-math relative-timing motion. "What a Machine Knows", is, it's always NOW, because all mechanism is motion pivoted here-now-forever at the instantaneous positioning Centre of Absolute Zero-infinity, the reference-framing containment of the Universal standing wave-packaging phenomenon, graphically represented by i-reflection/e-Pi-i, this Eternity-now Interval.. The only certainty that is reliable is the mechanism designed by Natural Default, pulse-evolution in biology.

No matter how poor you are, NEVER EVER, let legal aid Lawyers and Barristers defend you in court. They work to a limited small budget and routinely advise their clients to plead guilty rather than defend them as it is not financially viable to them. Purely, a going through the motions exercise.

Really? I get where you're coming from but can't non-linear dynamics exist in any market so long as there's a cause and an effect? If you take forex for example, there might be nonlinearity in the way a cut of x basis points affects a pair vs 2x or 3x. The point being that there are so many variables that depend on each other and influence the price that non-linear dynamics are almost certain to be found. This fact is true independent of whether the price represents some anticipation of earnings growth or other macro-economic factors that are not exclusive to equities.

The Everard Case is demonstrative that the public cannot trust the police, as it seems a "buddy" organisation, other police officers do not want to report their fellow police officers, there are instances where some police officers "whistleblowing" on fellow officers, only to be dismissed from the service, or an offence concocted against them, to find them guilty, and their benefits removed. The police as I was made to understand , will recruit people with minor criminal record/s. The public have lost the confidence of the police, and more have to be done now to restore that trust. Talking about it will not help, ACTION IS NEEDED NOW, to make the police take notice. Landlords are protectors of their tenants, it is the duty of the police, and as the speaker who lost her daughter was crying for help to the police, but the police failed her.

So, can someone with a Bacelors Degree in civil engineering for example do this study? Or is it someone with a relevant bachelors degree which sounds more likely, but it’s not very clear in this video or on the website?

Hi Darrel, yes the MSc is open to anyone with a Bachelor's degree. There is more information about entry requirements on the qualification page that may help you decide if this course may be for you: www.open.ac.uk/postgraduate/qualifications/f67

I'm amazed that this presentation has had limited viewing with no comments that I can see. It was superb! I would just like to mention XR's infamous tube train protest here. There were many of us extremely uncomfortable with this at the time. We knew it would create resistance to the movement. Groups are able to work autonomously within the XR framework & very occasionally poor choices are made. Lessons were learned from that action most definitely.

He only gets his bonus if the entire fund makes a profit, and for the firm to make a profit more than half of the coin-toss-traders must win their toss. The probability that more than m/2 out of m traders win a coin toss is equal to the probability that less than m/2 do, by symmetry. So the probability the firm makes a profit is 0.5 ぐらい, effectively halving the expected profit of all his strategies were he to otherwise act alone. Cooked

A business, even when it’s small, is constantly in a state of evolution. And so does its people. An HR software for small businesses that is intelligent and agile, is precisely what it needs. But, how exactly could a People Management Platform support a small business’ evolving need kzbin.info/door/wL9Nqnam5qojFSexS66RWQ

When I was in UK. I saw empty boarded up streets under a constant grey sky, litter everywhere. A people so lazy they can't get anything done. Homeless people sleeping in doorways. Opioid addicts out of their mind and women so drunk they urinated on the streets. It's a sad declined country.

@Andrej Holmes You must be blind then. Just pop out to your supermarket more often you'll see adults who think of nothing then walking in with the pajamas they woke up in. On their way to buy their vegan meatballs. UK has no future.
