Gosh a lot to take in and its only the first week in January Charlie!! Will so miss seeing Colin on your weekly vlogs he is such a handsome horse and always seems to have a lovely personality will be sorely missed by your viewers but I am sure more by yourself and family. Can completely understand why of course. The geese were gorgeous we have them around here and really are a sight for sore eyes. The water I wouldnt want though not good. Our fields are wet though but not a river. Thank you so much for sharing as always.

Eyelashes are like boobs, if you don’t hold them up, they won’t stay up! Always need to curl lashes however a tip Charlie…make sure you’re not resting the hinge on your cheek. It looks like you are. You need it 45 degrees from the cheek as a) it won’t leave an indent in the foundation but b) getting an angle like like gives more of a curl to the lash.

So wonderful to hear you're rescuing a pony! She sounds so lovely. As Colin is an older horse, will he be spending his retirement with Lydia? I would ask her to inform you if at any point she decides to sell him as he could get lost. I recently became a patron of a charity that rescues older racing horses who are resold and often end up in the meat trade. I wasn't aware of this issue, but apparently elderly horses are particuarly vunerable. Not to be a downer as I know your intentions are good! You're obviously an animal lover 😊I just wanted to mention it as I've always admired Colin and I think there's something quite special about him ❤🐴❤

I’m so surprised that you’re rehoming Colin as I felt you both were so bonded with a sincere trust and love for each other . As someone who has grown up with horses I do understand the need to rehome sometimes but Colin was such a faithful, honest friend to you, I just never thought you would ever give him up. But I do wish you luck with your new brood too.

Colin is wonderful and it’s time for him to teach someone else and give them the confidence he had given me! I can’t exercise 3 big horses during the week and Colin isn’t ready to retire. Lydia is looking for a horse to teach her so the timing is perfect x

I am just watching Lydias video and I had to stop because I don't know if you noticed. At 10 minutes she says about you "I wish I had grown up with a Mum like her.." I have to say that I feel the same. I am 3 years older than you so that is weird, but I had/have similar pre-boomer...what I like to call "Royal" or War generation parents. To become a different type of parent is what I always wanted. So if someone said this about me - to over 1 million followers.....that would be considered as something to celebrate. ..sorry I don't know how to personally email on utube...I am so, so, happy for you Charlie. It actually made me cry, her words and kindness towards me really touched me. I too didn’t have an easy time growing up with my parents and I have spent years working through my issues to make myself a better more loving and nurturing person, so Lydia’s words mean a huge amount to me xxx
