I got my lift from your company I haven't set it up yet do to it being winter and I'm having knee surgery in 2 weeks. But I must say dealing with your company was a pleasure im very happy with the lift and can't wait to install it

How do you bleed this lift? mine has no bleeder fittings at the top only hose fittings at the bottom?

Press the lowering valve and have someone pull on the chains after cycling once without weight.

I am not 100% sure due to shadows but it looks like you have the pulleys set up wrong. Can you please confirm that you have the largest diameter, of the larger pulley, closest to the back of the machine? It looks like it may be mounted backward, the bigger diameter facing out. Question: You mentioned V Belt in the video, did you mean Serpentine Belt?

Check the manual again, you can run it both ways for higher or lower RPM's

To adjust cables, lower lift to the low position and remove the slack from the cables. Make sure the cables are on the pullers prior to tightening. 1.5 - 2" of play half way up leg using two fingers . The locks will be adjusted based upon the floor. Once excess slack is removed from cables, use level side to side and front to back. You want equal tension on all four cables. Call us at 866-607-4022 if you need more assistance.

Important Tip for leveling the column:If the column is plumb and the majority of the base plate is making contact with the floor, you may still see a gap in an area near one or two bolts. The best thing to do in this case, is simply fill in the space with spacers to close the gap.

Notice as Joe loosens the column, adds another shim and then re-levels the column. Try to get the product as level as possible for a longer service life.

Check before and after tightening the anchors. You might need to crack a bolt or two loose to slide an additional shim under the Column for leveling.

Make sure that you plumb each column side to side and front to back. It's helpful to have a pry-bar, Helper and a Magnetic Level. Watch as the help pushes gently against the column to assist the person doing the leveling.

After you line up the floor-plate, now you are ready to drill and anchor the offside.

Plumb and Anchor 1 Side, Install the Floor-Plate and make sure everything lines up and then drill and anchor the second post.

No bleeding required. Please visit our website for up to date pricing. Pricing can be found on our webpage. It's best to drop the oil tank with lift in the lowered position when changing oil. A simple clamp holds the poly tank in place.
