Thanks! My kid just got these shoes and he wanted me to watch your video to lace them up - I put the lace thru the loop of the tongue at the end then back thru the last hole for a short lace and keep the tongue in place.

No worries - the tutorial will still work, you'll just have slightly longer loops to sit flat behind the tongue. Hope it works for you!😊🙏

Thanks for the comment 😊 My laces out the box were pretty long too. I wear thicker socks to keep my dunks from slipping. For anyone with the same problem - my jordan 1 low video, from 3:40, might help with a different way to finish the loose lace look 🙏

When you're wearing the converse, tie the lace ends together and put them under the tongue.

If you flatten it out across the top of your foot, it should be ok. I've worn this style and it was fine.
