If it's the same model it's the mode button you push to select what source to use. If it's not working that way there might be a place where the bluetooth is turned off.

@anamartinez-iv8eh Most decks/head units always display the time when off. The only way would be to run a toggle switch from the key power to shut the deck completely off. You could mount the switch under your dash, but that would probably be the only way.

I bought these for giggles and the recording quality of the mic is actually pretty decent through a quality source, mine doesn't have the buzzing yours does.

@BargainSavage on your unit(s) is the left channel louder than the right side? I like them for fun but my pair may be faulty because the left side is louder. Like if I have a 808 playing centered it's louder on the left.

Don't think so unless you have dual bluetooth or higher in your phone. But that way they could go out of sync a bit.

If you know what you are doing. Theoretically, you could take the micro usb port out of it and then connect the power wires to 5 volts. I haven't had one apart but there should only be 3 or 4 wires connected to it. 2 for power and 1 or 2 for antenna.

I paid $6 for mine. Can’t go wrong for 6 bucks. The sound for songs with bass sounds muffled, but if you play songs with a lot of treble it actually sounds pretty crisp

You shouldn't have to have to change the battery because it's rechargeable. Now I can't say for sure, but it most likely has a lithium ion battery that would cost more than the unit itself to replace.

This thing is worse than you think. I've had one for two years and one time, I plugged it into a different PC to download songs and I don't know what happened to it. Now, the system is corrupted. For context, It has a very poor battery and like an auto setting for the screen to go in sleep mode after a few seconds which helps for the battery to last longer. Ever since I plugged it into that other pc, the screen won't go into sleep mode until a full minute has passed and the battery has diminished significantly. It only plays for around 2 hours and then dies. Also, if you download wav files, you have to go into the settings to be able to listen to them because they don't appear with the mp3 files.

Here is an IMPORTANT NOTE, in order to get the Samsung to charge at the 15W you need an adapter with an output of 5V 3A 5x3=15W amps times volts equals watts. Or something of that matter such as 9V 2.22A =19.98W (Apple 20W adapter which is a USB-PD Power Delivery) the charging pad knows to only draw 15W using a good quality adapter is important Otherwise great review👍. I found this Bluetooth speaker on dollarama and it didn’t even last 1 hour the quality was so bad that I threw it away and smashed it for fun I did buy it with my own money I will probably get a lot of hate reply’s but it is what it is it was bad speaker

Yep, it is definitely rolling the dice when you buy stuff from Dollarama. I was super impressed by the one I got and yours was obviously crap. You shouldn't get any hate for destroying yours. It's your money, do what you want with it.
