Indian guy is 1811!? has a very loose and casual play, feeds of opponents unforced errors on easy kills. Twiddling messes with ppl’s rhythm so he is surviving off that Good game beating him

I'm the Indian guy...fair enough, I was playing a lot more loose this game, not really sure why. if you're ever in Seattle would love to play with ya!

I assume you have Grass DTecS. What sponge thickness are you using? I found I prefer 0.5 compared to OX, active shots are stronger but it still maintains good reversal
@big_pip_energy_ttАй бұрын
I'm using OX--i haven't tried 0.5, I used 1.2 for a while but that was over a year ago. I like ox for the control--the sponge on dtecs is pretty dang fast
@masterflamewing234Ай бұрын
You just have to work on getting your forehand consistent. That guy relies 200% on the pips and the forehands you did correctly were getting you points which they should against players like him who rely 200% on the pips winning for them.
@big_pip_energy_ttАй бұрын
Thanks for the tip, I agree--I don't play against too many close range lpers and definitely not ones who use their pips this much, so I need to work on my forehand against them
@yagzyalcntas553Ай бұрын
Your stance looks so un-athlethic and tall but not gonna lie your shots are pretty good. How do you even get a good angle standing so tall haha.

Hahaha thanks--I have knee problems that make it a real chore to bend my knees, especially my left (planning on getting a para classification next year) so I've had to adapt, I use a lot of upper body and arm strength in my attacks and chops, and try to save energy everywhere I can

@@Diuabledefinitely not--against other players of the same level I might, but I've been itching for a rematch with Ayllon for over a year, and wanted to see how I stood up to a long pips player I look up to

@big_pip_energy_tt3 ай бұрын
Thank you! I'm not using that racket though--my setup here is the der-materialspezialist the wall carbon, Yasaka rising dragon (2.2) and tibhar grass dtecs (OX). I really like this setup for defense, it's very controlled and deceptive, and allows for occasional attacks and counterattacks.

Just not good bro, i use offensive xx and i thought i need a upgrade and i bought euro V and it was like a stone glued to wood so sticked with offensive xx and gave euro v to my cats to play with and the green hunt is very heavy and just a recreational bat..... @@popytaa sorry, but I don't think I'll be seriously using a premade racket in the foreseeable future. Most premade rackets are simply worse in every aspect than custom ones, and the fact that I use long pips makes it even more polarizing of a difference

Good to see another girl playing you lol Is she from Canada? How would you describe her playing style/tactic against you vs mine? Just curious.
@big_pip_energy_tt4 ай бұрын
She's from Michigan, not entirely sure about this but her boyfriend (on the right) lives here so I assume she came here for the tournament/to meet him. I'd say she's a lot more power-oriented than you and a lot of other players I've met, I was mentally prepared for her to smack almost everything because that's what I saw against inverted players, but she was more passive against me, maybe they don't have as many pips in Michigan
