Anybody figured out how to make the pin for the foosball table work? It came with a “locking pin” that has a chain and there’s 2 of them for both sides but it makes my table extremely wobbly. Curious if anybody uses it?

I never received my order. No customer service to call. You will be asked to put your info and said they will email you back, but never even got a confirmation about my inquiry. They said they will update me as soon as my order leaves their warehouse. I am beginning to think this is a scam. I will try to get in touch with my bank and because of the poor customer service, I don't recommend this. Think twice if you plan to order this. Check on the comments, I am not the only one who did not received the order.

I have 4 orders outstanding with your company. Hundreds of dollars! Yet I can't get a response to my request for tracking numbers. Why do I even have to ask?! 3 of these orders were placed 11/29/2024; 2 weeks ago! The 4th order was placed on 12/03/3024. No one shows up for the chat option, answers the phones or returns emails. I've sent DMs on Messenger, I have chatted with the robot, I have emailed support, I have called and left voicemails. I have 4 ORDERS worth hundreds of dollars and can’t get any response at all. My husband has his heart set on these for Christmas. I would very much appreciate the courtesy of an email with the tracking numbers and estimated delivery date for these 4 ORDERS. I am worried sick about all this money I spent being stolen.

Really bad customer support, took over two weeks to ship,nearly a month to come from a asian port, had to contact to find out what was going on, but this is the only time they responded, got dark green, is more of an emerald green, want to return, so have emailed them twice over the last two weeks, no response, called and just get a machine, still no response, new ones don't come with a brim on them which is what you see in the ad's and one of the most popular features. Beware.
