Le problème concernant cette machine, ce n'est pas le prix car elles ne sont pas très chère. Mais l'encombrement. Je n'ais plus de place dans mon homegym... Il faudrait que j'imagine une machine qui prenne le moins de place possible et qui soit pliable.. Pas facile... Cela dit, c'est toujours un grand plaisir de fabriquer soit-même sa machine de musculation. Bravo pour votre travail !

Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

Nice project....do the pulleys have v groove? What prevent trolley pulley wheels from being lifted up the rail as you push the load up with your legs?

Thank you for watching. Pulleys don't have any groove, only run inside guide rail C-channel. Trolley pulley wheels can not be lifted up anytime with their weight ( including barbell plates ).

Thank you for watching. About measurements, see the reply to Sr. Caique and Mr Aldimo. Bolts at the corners of main triangle structure are M-10. Fixing bolts for chair pipes are M-8. ☀Q.

Thank you for watching. I'm using MIG machine as Semi-automatic welder with no gas. So I removed shroud nozzle which protect gas diffusion. This method is much convenient for cramped corner. Thank U.

Nice lift video. The only thing I see wrong is that expanded metal. Put you a piece of 1/8" or 3/16" diamond plate or smooth sheet metal.

直径60cmで節も曲がりも無い素直な材ですから、座卓などにすると結構な金額になるでしょうね。ただ私達ストーブ焚きにかかるとただの薪になってしまいます・・ チェーンソーの目立てやエンジンのセッティングは大変に重要で、勝敗にもろに関わります。

Thank you for watching. The pipes of seat and foot rest are same size. Their outside diameter is 25.4mm ( 1.0' ), wall thickness is 1.6mm. And sheathe pipes are 31.8mm ( 1-4/1' ) od, thickness 1.6mm. Thank U.

The outside diameter of main wheels are 65mm, guide wheels 38mm. Make reference to www.hammer-caster.co.jp/catalog/html5.html#page=361 Main wheels are 429S-NRB φ65 on page 326, guide wheels are 429G-N φ38 on page 324 . Main wheels have ball bearings inside. That looks like .095 wall tube because of the angle most of the weight is coming back it’s more than strong enough and definitely not light duty.

It would be interesting to see lol. I had to look closely at that tube if it’s bent 90 to flat and 90 again it would be pretty strong but it’s too hard to see exactly. I would build it out of box tube and have the sled mounted on top then you could weld angle iron down the length of it to hold the sled in place.

Thanks a lot for watching. I had been a civil engineer for fifty years, designed many infrastructures. So structural caluclation is my field. As Joshua remarks, I designed it's maximum load 200kg. You are exactly right. Guide rail is made from C-Lipped Channel. It is popular in Japan. Also can be bought in US. Thank U, Joshua and Andrew.
