Grubb just said yesterday that he has had to scrub some of his stuff from the collegiate program. So he understands that college doesn’t always transfer over to the NFL. I’m excited to see this new chapter of my Seahawks.

So as a Hawk fan I am going into this season with a cautious approach. I am not going ape shit like most other Hawk fans. I do agree with most and say it was a time for a change. But we have question marks all over our coaching staff. McDonald’s def was pretty average until Roquan showed up. He was good at Michigan but come on they always recruit amazing athletes. But if you get McDonald the right guys he does look like he can put a good competitive def on the field in an offensive era. But it was a very savvy move to bring Leslie Frazier on board. With Grubb it’s another question mark. Again did amazing job at UW and the rumor was he was running some NFL plays while at UW this past season. His story is remarkable and everyone in Seattle is pulling for this man to be great. He does have kind of the same offensive skill position players he had at UW. Of course not identical but still an elite core of receivers to work with, a couple good RBs, an offensive line I believe will be heads and tails better than they were last season and a QB that does throw a beautiful ball unfortunately just makes some bone head mistakes late in the game. We need a lot of things to go right and unfortunately in the NFL that’s damn near impossible. I still think we will be an 8-9/ 9-8 team but it will be a more exciting arrow pointing up feeling. I think Geno will be back if he can handle the system in 2026 and I believe that will be the year Seattle re-captures the NFC West. For at least one more year I believe SF is still the kings of the hill.

Grubbin at Geno's. MPJ a lefty Geno tailormade pocket throwin for this offense. Got some Canadian Football League concepts havin WRs in backfield gettin runnin starts within NFL Rules. DK has one of the fastest 10 yard splits in 40 of all time, beat some Olympic sprinter times in trials as reported before. Imagine DK lined up in backfield with running start like Rome outta the backfield off play action with K9 or ZC. NFL will adjust but Geno underrated as being able to read defenses pre n post snap. Geno said he thought he knew how to read defenses until he was in the room with a GOAT for 1 year in Rivers with Chargers

Tho the Washington huskies RB wasn’t even that good, but he had good numbers cause of the O line with coach Scott huff coaching them, and Coach grub using his advantages. Don’t forget “Don’t forget about the under dogs” It was like that because every Wr or Te is open, wether it be Odunze being doubled, then a TE will be open to get that TD or first down and more. We did well against Michigan which their defense was solid and inspired by Mike Macdonalds playbook.

I think Geno being a veteran will help Grubb make the transition. Geno has seen a lot of defenses. He can point out plays that may not work in the pros .

Think you can take it a step further and get excited about who grubb brought with him from UW and that’s the O-line coach Scott huff, obviously the pros is a much different level in terms of facing defenses and protections, run games, etc but penix was sacked 16 times in TWO YEARS. Would be ecstatic if he can even bring a shred of that success to genos pocket this year and goin forward
