Built in 1653 by the Chinese people in Hoi An ancient town.

Vietnam is just not only big but also has tourist spots to suit people with interest in culture, walking, beaches, history, mountain biking, motor biking etc. You can take a tour of entire Vietnam with just one of those interest in mind. If you have multiple interest, you can either have many days spent or pay many more visits. It is up to you. They respect the economy that tourists bring along with them and so you will have a good time regardless of which interest you pick.

Yes. We experienced that while we crossed Simpson Desert. This is Far North Queensland. Both areas are empty if you think of population. While most of Australia’s inland are dry arid desert land, far north Queensland has several rainforest, rivers.

Yes. We entered Victoria High Country from NSW Snowy River Side. Couple of years back, we entered Victoria High Country from Bright, Victoria.

Floods at various places have made it a big challenge for the crossing. We were lucky to work around it with the biggest detour of my life. So many were not that lucky this year 2023. Thanks for your comments.
