Another cookie cutter house - nothing original. I could be blindfolded and walk through this place and know exactly where I am. Every single house I have looked at is the same. Apparently every builder uses the same set of plans. Boring

Hi Mark, your website doesn’t show the selling prices of the home that you built. The addresses are not listed to find the selling prices on Zillow or other sites.

Love the fireplace with the built ins and the kitchen is great. The master closet is to die for. I like the flooring in the living room but I would rather the LPV or Wood. Beautiful house. I would love to see some of your houses staged.

This house is gorgeous. You did a fabulous job. It is spacious in the main area, yet still cozy. Love Love Love the kitchen including the pantry. The master bath is just stunning. I watched this video three times. RuthB🎉

Could you please have your camera man pan around these homes instead of just having the camera on you. Examples bathrooms total kitchen areas or take pictures and show them while you are talking. Your homes are beautiful but your presentations are short coming. Sorry. RuthB🎉

I’m so glad he talked about how they mitigate water, moisture control, and the truth about spray foam! These “behind the scenes” and videos of the guts of the build are key and so important! Great job Mark, please keep them coming!

It's so satisfying to know that your builder Royal Texan is teaming up with first rate company like 314 !!! I mean who takes the time to go over your entire process of putting a roof on your home. We will be starting our building process at the end of February and look forward to working with First rate companies. Thank you Mark and Andy for taking the time in making this video.

I love the kitchen in this house. I love the glass front cabinets. I would also like to see full on built ins next to the fireplace. I would also use lighter wood on the beams. I also like the master bedroom and bath. Great house. So far the Durham with the guess house is my favorite except I love the cabinets in this kitchen the best. The backsplash is nice too, it adds some color and it makes it more interesting.

Wow, when you say the client didn’t go to the design center at all and everything is standard is astounding. Especially since the kitchen appliances are from the GE cafe collection. The 48” range top alone is around $5G. Fridge is nearly the same. So I’ll guess around $15G’s with the double oven and dishwasher since I’m guessing. Dang, I chose the wrong builder🤣🤣

Beautiful home! May I suggest that in your videos you do an actual walkthrough the home... cutting into the opening of a room doesn´t give you a sense of the floorplan. Anyway, great home!

Love this idea. I’ll be planning something similar in our next home. The door that leads outside preferably to an enclosed run would be fantastic for those quick potty breaks or inclement weather. Do you have any specific homes for sale currently? I’ve looked at all your plans. Do you ever purchase the land on behalf of the client and build it into the price of the home? Thank you.

This really grand house has beautiful elements, but yet some useless things- the kitchen has no windows, but the pantry has two beautiful big windows- I don t think that one spend much time in the pantry😂. The master bathroom has no tub, etc, etc. Stunning entrance and living room, as well as the office-media room close to the kitchen....unfortunately
