Hi, i have the same. I ran Home Assistant OS with 6 Watt idle. After installing Proxmox and ran Home Assistant as a VM the power consumption went up to 13 Watt and the fan noise is so much louder. How is the noise level of your ouvis gk3? Is it possible to replace the fan? Best regards

You see the cooler has two openings. One is where the blower fan is installed, and one on he other side, where the hot air comes out. I usually inject compressed air into the hole, where hot air comes out of the cooler, and use vacuum cleaner at the other side where the fan is. But be careful to hold the fan in place with one finger, otherwise it will spin up to 100.000 rpm and break.

Yes.... did what the video is showing and nope, does not work, the terrible noise is there. At the end i replaced the full piece with the one coming from another MiniPC (the hamburger version) It solved the issue for both PCs, apparently the DOWN face position for the FAN was the problem, now they both work well and the HORRIBLE noise disappear
