in my opinion, what is important in a tier list isn't where the unit ranks, but why the person making the tier list put them there that can tell you a lot about the unit very quickly for example - mulberry is very high because of her huge range, I can understand that, I would like to have a healer with huge range in the party so I replace hibiscus with her I'm picking her not because she's ranked high but because I appreciate her range and the tier list simply gave me the necessary information to make a decision in a quick, accessible manner

I know this guide is over two years old but this has to be the most thoughtful and well laid out guide there is on bases.
